Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations, supply, installation and support services provided by XT ELECTRONIC PTY LTD.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the scope and site conditions advised at the time of enquiry.

Equipment is supplied subject to manufacturer availability. Lead times are estimates and confirmed at order acceptance.

Installation is performed by licensed trades in accordance with applicable Australian standards and manufacturer requirements.

Products carry manufacturer warranty. Workmanship warranty is provided as specified in your project documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Liability is otherwise limited to resupply or repair.
